Gueleguetza tickets now available

on or after April 10, 2007

Tickets for Oaxaca's great summer festival of indigenous dance and music are now available.

They can be purchased at:

www.ticketmaster.com.mx (search for dance, danza, in Oaxaca, July 1-30, 2007).

or through www.go-oaxaca.com/traditions/guelaguetza.html.

The festival will take place on two successive Mondays in July--the 23rd and 30th. There will be two presentations each day, at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The word gueleguetza means a gift, and this festival truly is one of Oaxaca's gifts to the world.
